What you'll do

• Follow procedures for charting and incident reporting
• follow company procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
• document changes in patient condition
• use the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs
• notify relevant departments about room changes, leave of absence, admissions, and discharges
• make rounds with physicians when necessary.
