Registered Nurse, Night Shift

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Eden, NY, working 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay is $40–$42 per hour. Eden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides nursing care to residents. The nurse supports safe, coordinated resident care by monitoring residents and nursing services, guiding staff, and ensuring that clinical procedures, documentation, medications, and facility standards are followed. The role also contributes to quality improvement, infection control, and staff development.

What you'll do

• Identify and address problems in nursing care
• report to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate nursing services
• investigate accidents
• delegate to charge nurses
• make unit rounds
• check emergency equipment and supplies
• orient and evaluate staff
• ensure adequate staffing
• monitor medication administration and treatments
• review nursing notes and medication records
• start or restart IVs when ordered and necessary
• participate in quality improvement, surveys, committees, and infection control.
