What you'll do

• Lead litigation matters from initial consultation through trial or settlement
• manage approximately 40–60 active cases depending on complexity
• represent clients in construction, real estate, and business litigation
• develop strategy and advise clients
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and settlement agreements
• conduct research
• take and defend depositions
• attend mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• appear before Colorado courts
• build client relationships and collaborate with legal colleagues.
