What you'll do

• Maintain dish machine-washing areas and follow sanitation and safety procedures
• record daily machine temperatures
• operate dish and utensil washing machines
• clean carts and trays and store clean items
• deliver and retrieve resident meal carts
• bus and clean tables as required.

Why this role

Scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; ability to work weekends; food handler’s certificate or ability to obtain it within 14 days; background check required; previous dishwashing and kitchen prep experience preferred.
