What you'll do

• Apply hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll
• contribute expertise in at least one listed area: PTO accrual engines and entitlement logic, US tax configuration and reporting interfaces, HR-to-payroll and third-party integrations, reporting and analytics, or Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act compliance
• triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and track resolutions
• read, debug, and modify payroll-related integrations and reports using ABAP
• apply knowledge of ECP architecture, data models, and wage type structure
• use SAP development tools.
