What you'll do

• Oversee the service team
• supervise five to six staff with weekly supervision and case consultation
• support assessments and case planning
• document supervision in SACWIS
• coach staff and monitor performance
• facilitate meetings and delegate tasks
• track documentation, assessments, and case progress
• monitor outcomes and benchmarks
• support timely monthly billing
• connect families with community resources
• respond to crisis needs outside standard hours when necessary.
