Order Management Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter customer orders and ensure accurate, timely processing from quote to invoice
• follow up on orders to support on-time delivery and communicate changes
• coordinate communication among customers, sales and fulfillment teams
• answer and route phone calls and emails
• assist with questions about order status, stock status, list pricing and tracking numbers
• maintain records of customer correspondence
• build positive customer relationships and provide customer service.
