What you'll do

• Lead and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and other team members
• coordinate weekly interdisciplinary group meetings and patient care plans
• monitor documentation, quality, compliance, and outcomes
• coach staff on complex clinical situations and symptom management
• support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
• partner with leadership to improve care for patients and families.
