The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $22–$23 per hour, with leasing and renewal commission opportunities. The role supports operations at Station at Elm Creek Apartments, a 322-unit community. The position assists the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, property operations, and financial administration. By supporting occupancy, rent collection, service follow-up, and resident events, the Assistant Property Manager contributes to effective property operations and a positive resident experience.

What you'll do

• Advertise and promote the property
• manage leads using industry-specific software
• provide tours and complete the lease process
• ensure renter’s insurance compliance
• maintain resident occupancy at 95%
• support timely rent and ancillary revenue collection and delinquency processes
• process vendor invoices
• engage with prospective and current residents
• respond to issues and help reduce turnover
• conduct quality assurance calls after work orders
• facilitate resident events
• comply with fair housing and landlord-tenant requirements.
