The Automotive Technician – Diagnostics, Calibration & Mechanical Repair role is an onsite, mobile/field position based in Spring, TX. Compensation is $80,000–$125,000+ per year based on experience, skill, and production. Drive Tech ADAS provides mobile automotive technology services, including ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and mechanical services for the collision repair industry. The technician performs repairs and diagnostics at customer locations, helping collision centers and customers receive dealership-level service. The role contributes through accurate repairs, adherence to OEM procedures, and efficient management of daily field work.

What you'll do

• Perform mobile automotive mechanical repairs and diagnostic services
• diagnose vehicle concerns using scan tools, service information, and repair experience
• perform suspension, steering, electrical, mechanical, and general repairs
• assist with ADAS-related repairs and calibration preparation
• follow OEM procedures
• communicate with collision centers and customers
• maintain the service vehicle and equipment
• document work
• manage workload and productivity.

Why this role
