Onsite Medicaid Eligibility Representative

What you'll do

• Review hospital work queues or census to identify uninsured patients
• screen and interview patients at bedside for assistance-program eligibility
• complete Medicaid and charity applications as needed
• maintain positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and hospital staff
• protect patient privacy under HIPAA
• meet assigned production goals.
