What you'll do

• Review affordable housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with applicable laws
• review files within 24 hours of receipt
• follow personnel policies and procedures
• monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements and implement modifications as indicated
• attend annual TDHCA trainings
• complete HCCP training within the first two years and pass the exam if not already certified
• participate in tax credit reviews by outside entities
• travel for property visits, conferences, training, or other business activities, estimated at 50% of work time annually.
