What you'll do

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Experience

4-6 years of experience in public or private accounting; 3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
