What you'll do

• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality
• hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale
• inspect and quick-test applicable items
• price according to Goodwill standards and tools
• keep production and sales-floor areas organized, stocked, clean, and merchandised
• rotate or pull unsold items
• provide customer service
• cross-train in other areas as required.
