What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate die-cutting equipment
• prepare stripping, blanking, and waste-removal processes
• interpret job tickets and production specifications
• monitor runs and adjust equipment to maintain quality and efficiency
• inspect finished cartons
• perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• troubleshoot issues
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• coordinate with production teammates
• maintain production and quality records.
