• Support planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services

• coordinate nursing services with other resident services
• determine staffing needs and assist with scheduling
• review nurses’ notes
• incorporate training materials into in-service programs
• provide leadership in setting in-service education goals.
