What you'll do

• Plan, control, and execute nursing services for residents
• supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with applicable requirements
• coordinate nursing activities and charge nurses during the shift
• adjust care plans with medical staff for emergency needs
• assume operational decisions and manage emergencies when superiors are absent
• ensure appropriate relief staff before leaving
• notify a resident’s physician of significant condition changes or urgent care needs.
