What you'll do

• Support clients and families through intake information and communication
• maintain center appearance, supplies, and maintenance coordination
• monitor compliance and credentialing
• manage Behavior Technician and client schedules
• track operating metrics and attendance
• coordinate staffing and training needs with clinic leadership and recruiting
• support offboarding
• review payroll and billing documentation
• provide administrative support
• provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy as needed to cover absences and prevent cancellations.
