Part-Time Dance Teacher

The Part-Time Dance Teacher role is onsite in Santa Maria, California, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:55 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. Pay is $30 per hour. Think Together partners with schools to provide programs during and outside the school day. The teacher delivers sequential, standards-based dance instruction that supports students’ creativity, learning, and personal growth. The role also collaborates with school staff and families to create inclusive learning experiences and support student participation in the arts.

• Teach dance lessons aligned with California Visual and Performing Arts Content Standards
• develop lesson plans and scaffolded instructional materials
• collaborate with staff and families
• help plan performances or showcases
• report student progress
• maintain an inclusive classroom environment.
