Equipment Delivery Driver / Technician

The Equipment Delivery Driver / Technician role is onsite in Carlisle, PA, and pays $20–$24 per hour. The driver transports equipment safely between customer locations and company facilities, maintaining accurate delivery records and representing the company professionally. The technician aspect includes basic mechanical aptitude to recognize, troubleshoot, repair, and report equipment or vehicle issues.

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver lawn and garden equipment, turf equipment, compact tractors, UTVs, and other assigned equipment
• follow schedules and report delays or issues
• load, secure, transport, and unload equipment using trucks, trailers, ramps, and liftgates
• inspect equipment and vehicles and report damage or mechanical concerns
• comply with DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• maintain pickup, delivery, mileage, fuel, and time records
• obtain customer signatures and provide basic operating information when appropriate
• keep delivery vehicles and related equipment clean and serviceable
• maintain required licenses and documentation. Requires at least three years of delivery-vehicle or similar transportation experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. A DOT medical certificate is required when applicable or must be obtainable
• CDL is not required if vehicles remain within non-CDL limits.
