What you'll do

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff
• set up and stock stations
• maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas
• oversee deliveries and inventory rotation
• prepare menu items to recipes and standards
• maintain food quality and safe handling
• train and mentor staff
• coordinate with front-of-house
• assist with scheduling and kitchen administration as needed.
