What you'll do

• Assess employment needs and provide job-readiness training, individualized job coaching, and ongoing workplace support
• help participants learn job duties and build workplace skills, independence, communication, and appropriate work habits
• develop natural workplace supports and identify accommodations
• collaborate with participants, employers, families, service providers, and internal teams
• monitor progress, adjust support plans, and complete required confidential documentation
• travel independently to assigned worksites and service settings.
