The Lead Admissions Agent position is onsite in Seattle, WA. Pay is $22.80 per hour. Center Art operates the Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition in partnership with Chihuly Studio, connecting people to art in meaningful ways. The lead supports admissions operations by helping train and guide agents, coordinating coverage, and serving as a communication link between agents and management. The role also supports ticketing, point-of-sale operations, and a welcoming guest experience.

What you'll do

• Communicate with management
• ensure admissions agents have the tools and skills to perform their duties
• monitor and coach upselling, uniform, and grooming standards
• create break schedules and provide coverage as needed
• attend leadership meetings and report on department progress
• train new agents
• support ticket printing, online shipping orders, POS maintenance, inventory, product and discount updates, and software or hardware deployments
• and assist guests.
