Remote Therapist

The Telehealth Therapist works remotely from a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and may practice across multiple states, subject to licensure. Compensation is described as competitive per-encounter pay, with no numeric amount specified. The therapist delivers virtual care to patients on behalf of a partner organization. The therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients through video visits, telephone consultations, and asynchronous messaging according to the client’s care model. Accurate documentation, adherence to clinical protocols, and escalation of cases requiring in-person evaluation support safe and effective outpatient care.

What you'll do

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions
• provide 15–20 hours of weekly availability
• document encounters promptly in the client’s EMR/EHR
• follow clinical protocols, quality standards, and productivity expectations
• comply with HIPAA and applicable state telehealth and medical board requirements
• participate in quality assurance, peer review, and clinical training as required.
