What you'll do

• Support design and presentation of instructional materials
• update and maintain visual aids and lecture materials
• record and catalog lessons and manage media archives
• troubleshoot classroom AV and computer systems
• train instructors, staff, and students
• manage student computer accounts and equipment
• maintain system status logs and coordinate repairs or replacements
• research and recommend software and hardware
• provide offsite IT support for a Florida capstone exercise as needed.
