What you'll do

• Oversee resident relations and customer service
• conduct comparative market studies with the Director of Site Operations
• manage marketing outreach to neighborhood groups, businesses, and community organizations
• maintain community appearance
• ensure lease compliance with local landlord-tenant laws
• show apartments and lease as needed
• maintain a wait list
• complete regular reporting
• monitor collections, rent postings, deposits, and delinquent accounts
• oversee maintenance work orders and apartment turnovers
• conduct community inspections
• maintain audit-ready operations and complete certifications and corrective measures.
