What you'll do

• Lead HR strategy and execution across three locations
• conduct and document employee relations investigations
• advise on California employment compliance
• manage employee health, leave, and return-to-work processes
• oversee recruiting, staffing, compensation analysis, succession planning, and management training
• supervise HR staff
• manage HRIS data and reporting
• partner with operations on workforce risk, safety, benefits, and legal matters.
