The Crew Lead runs a 2–3-person crew and oversees jobs from van loading and setup through service delivery and customer closeout. The role helps ensure quality work, customer communication, safe techniques, and well-maintained vehicles, equipment, and supplies.

What you'll do

• Lead a 2–3-person crew on residential and commercial jobs
• load the van and organize equipment and job sites
• perform window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning
• communicate with customers and address concerns
• complete post-job checklists
• maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory
• train junior technicians on techniques and safety
• use Housecall Pro for job tracking, notes, and customer communication.
