Site Shift Leader — Night

The Site Shift Leader role is onsite in Fairless Hills, PA, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM. The stated base pay range is $50,000–$55,000 per year. Sitemetric provides technology-enabled services for construction workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, and logistics. The role leads Access Control Officers during assigned shifts, ensuring site requirements are followed and workforce logistics run consistently. It serves as an escalation point and, when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable onsite, as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise assigned Access Control Officers
• ensure officers are deployed, trained, and supported
• monitor compliance with company policies, customer expectations, and site protocols
• handle shift-level escalations
• relay updates and performance concerns
• verify attendance and time records
• coach officers
• communicate with customer representatives
• maintain shift records
• check equipment and technology
• support scheduling and shift coverage.
