What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• schedule, confirm, and update appointments
• register patients by phone
• make outbound reminder, follow-up, and new-patient scheduling calls
• respond to questions and route concerns
• explain services, payment categories, and billing procedures
• use EHR systems
• initiate medication refill requests as directed
• maintain records and follow HIPAA and other compliance requirements
• participate in QA/QI initiatives and required training.
