What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, money orders, and check scanning
• verify cash and endorsements and issue receipts
• answer phones and respond to member requests
• provide account information and service referrals
• cross-sell products and services as appropriate
• maintain workstation and cash-drawer security
• process night deposits and mail transactions
• balance and document transactions
• complete required training and maintain knowledge of applicable laws and policies.
