The Industrial Boiler Technician role is onsite in Portland, OR, with compensation of $25–$70 per hour under the union wage scale. MacDonald-Miller designs, delivers, and services mechanical systems for commercial buildings; this position is part of its Industrial Group. The technician maintains, repairs, troubleshoots, and installs boiler and burner systems for commercial and industrial customers. The role supports safe, efficient system operation through technical diagnosis, customer guidance, and coordination with account executives, service coordination, and the foreperson.

What you'll do

• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and install boiler and burner systems
• consult with customers about issues identified during service calls and recommend solutions
• coordinate with SSP Account Executives, Service Coordination, and the Foreperson
• travel throughout Washington and Oregon as needed.

Why this role
