What you'll do

• Translate AI priorities into work plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and target dates
• lead execution across initiatives, pilots, and operational readiness activities
• maintain project plans, action and decision trackers, risk and issue logs, and dependency maps
• coordinate across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other partners
• facilitate working sessions and follow-up
• identify execution gaps and delivery risks
• escalate issues with impacts, options, and recommendations
• coordinate requirements, testing, implementation readiness, communications, training dependencies, and transition to operations
• prepare executive updates
• establish repeatable execution routines, templates, and governance practices.
