What you'll do

• Support each child’s spiritual, social, intellectual, physical, and emotional development
• plan curriculum with a co-teacher or assistant teacher
• prepare and organize the classroom
• maintain children’s health and safety
• supervise assigned university students
• monitor play and small groups
• record attendance and maintain child portfolios
• follow DCFS, NLSA, and NAEYC standards
• communicate with families
• participate in staff meetings and center activities.
