Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative role is onsite in Lewis Center, OH, with a stated pay range of $23–$27 per hour. The role supports Abrasive Technology’s customers and works with its engineering and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers, answer product questions, and help identify and implement solutions. Use CRM and Business Dynamics ERP to communicate with customers
• support the sales process from requests for quotes through orders, tracking, and returns
• investigate customer issues and respond to questions within one hour
• coordinate production updates with Aero Ops
• and maintain customer trackers and portal interactions.
