What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• administer and observe medications and treatments according to the Six Rights of Medication Pass and document accurately
• monitor and record resident conditions
• engage residents in enrichment and life skills activities
• maintain clean and sanitary resident and community spaces
• respond to call bells and security systems
• communicate care needs and changes to residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff
• and follow safety, infection-control, and confidentiality policies.

Why this role

The schedule includes every other weekend. Certified Nurse’s Aide certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
