What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests and repair residential units and common areas
• perform carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, appliance, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• prepare vacant units
• maintain grounds and common areas
• address safety hazards
• maintain work orders, records, and supplies
• provide customer service and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
