What you'll do

• Rotate through internal departments
• learn property management and tenant operations
• support tenant improvement bidding and cost consolidation
• participate in leasing and tenant prospecting
• assist with purchase and sale agreements and acquisition underwriting
• gain exposure to construction bidding and project management
• shadow development leadership and learn permitting, rezoning, and site evaluation.
