The Ecommerce Monetization Lead role is onsite in Littleton, CO; compensation is $83,950–$119,900 per year. The role supports EchoStar’s Retail Wireless team and the Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands. This senior individual-contributor role grows revenue from existing customers by improving digital upsell, cross-sell, upgrade, add-a-line, and add-on journeys across web and app. It uses experimentation, analytics, and personalization in collaboration with product, UX, marketing, engineering, and web operations to improve conversion and retention.

What you'll do

• Own and optimize existing-customer revenue flows across BoostMobile.com My Account and the Boost Mobile app
• run A/B tests, analyze funnels, and iterate on layouts, offers, calls to action, and in-app prompts
• monitor monetization KPIs and identify friction and revenue opportunities
• design retention-focused customer journeys
• collaborate across product, UX, marketing, engineering, and app teams
• use AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics for segment-specific offers.
