What you'll do

• Attend virtual planning meetings
• set up and prepare event sites
• coordinate with event hosts, nonprofit partners, venues, staff, and corporate partners
• manage guest check-in
• troubleshoot event issues and escalate when needed
• send updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team
• break down and clean the site
• repackage and ship materials
• pack supplies and apply shipping labels, which may include loading boxes.
