Customer Support Representative — Energy Efficiency

What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer, service, support, and vendor calls

• coordinate with installation crews, service staff, and field managers
• resolve customer issues
• conduct satisfaction follow-ups and solicit reviews and referrals.
