What you'll do

• Lead receiving, inventory control, picking, quality assurance, and outbound shipping

• establish SOPs, labor plans, and shift expectations

• track throughput, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels
• balance labor and overtime
• monitor operational KPIs
• improve workflows and facility layout
• maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
