What you'll do

• Partner with firm CEOs and HR leaders to understand culture and develop job descriptions and scorecards
• manage candidate experience
• build diverse candidate pipelines for tax, audit, and other accounting roles
• conduct outreach and screening interviews
• use the applicant tracking system and monitor recruiting analytics
• present and negotiate offers with HR
• maintain candidate relationships and surveys
• develop university and institutional partnerships.
