Senior Accountant, Payroll and Accounts Payable

What you'll do

• Review and track recovery of material tariff charges
• perform bank and balance-sheet reconciliations
• review job-order and material standard costs
• support period-end close
• process weekly payroll for more than 400 employees
• verify payroll data and reconcile payroll activity to the general ledger
• prepare payroll entries and accruals
• provide labor forecasts
• review temporary agency invoices
• supervise Accounts Payable, check runs, vendor reconciliations, and process improvements.
