What you'll do

• Restore vacated apartments to make-ready condition
• remove trash, change bulbs and locks, install appliances, paint, caulk, and perform light drywall repairs
• maintain pools and grounds
• operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely
• report supply needs and keep the shop organized
• complete assigned work orders within 24–48 hours
• inspect apartments and complete checklists
• diagnose and repair issues involving drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, and appliances
• and share cleaning and groundskeeping duties.
