What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
• organize, stock, and maintain the assigned station
• execute prep, cooking, seasoning, and plating
• communicate and coordinate with kitchen colleagues
• follow food safety, sanitation, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
