What you'll do

• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report equipment issues
• follow DOT regulations, New York State hauling rules, and jobsite safety requirements
• operate a dump truck to transport aggregate, asphalt, millings, and dirt
• haul and dump materials safely
• secure loads and maintain proper weight distribution
• assist with material spreading or cleanup when needed
• communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and field crews
• maintain logs and required documentation
• travel and stay overnight when required.
