What you'll do

• Welcome guests and determine dining needs
• seat guests and manage the seating chart
• answer incoming calls
• monitor restaurant activity and seating flow
• assist servers with clearing, cleaning, and setting tables
• perform opening and closing duties as needed
• complete side work and sanitation tasks
• learn menu and food products
• process guest checks through the POS system.
