What you'll do

• Manage food production, preparation, and presentation

• maintain health and safety standards
• develop team skills
• manage staff schedules, payroll, kitchen setup and breakdown, preparation, uniforms, and applicable disciplinary procedures
• coordinate front- and back-of-house teamwork and delegate tasks.
