This senior, hands-on role manages commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle and provides practical contract guidance to business teams. It builds consistent contracting processes and systems, manages outside counsel and internal legal workflows, and helps the company manage obligations and risks as its portfolio grows.

What you'll do

• Lead negotiation and lifecycle management of commercial agreements
• coordinate business, financial, technical, and legal input
• advise internal teams on contract interpretation and risk
• develop playbooks, templates, clauses, negotiation positions, and approval thresholds
• manage closings and executed-agreement handoffs
• maintain a centralized contract lifecycle management system and auditable files
• monitor deadlines and renewal events
• prepare contract summaries, reports, and risk assessments
• manage outside counsel, intake, matter scope, budgets, and schedules
• partner across business functions and implement process and technology improvements, including AI-enabled tools.
